我无法加载css文件。尝试几乎所有的方法来达到它。有人能建议问题出在哪里吗？提前谢谢。

tiles-定义其中定义了tiles：

你能试试下面这样的方法吗？

    <link rel="stylesheet" href="<c:url value='/resources/css/layout.css'/>">
</head>

或者，您可以在spring模型对象中将stylesheet变量设置为/resources/css/layout.css，并在jsp中将c:url中的值设置为value='${stylesheet}'。
