我自己发现了问题。对System.Web.Optimization.dll的引用有误，我的网站尝试使用旧版本。删除包，然后重新添加并不是每次都有帮助。

的解决方案是：从所有网站中完全删除旧的包、引用和包配置，然后重新添加。

我们可以通过应用以下步骤来解决该异常：

• 在服务器上下载并安装.NET核心托管捆绑包
• 转到.NET
• 选择“应用程序池”
• 使用以下参数添加新的应用程序池：<代码>H19.NETCLR版本:无托管代码<代码>H210<代码>H111托管管道: Classic

• 将此新应用程序池分配给新的.net 5 web应用程序(在高级设置下)
