xampp中的phpmyadmin在windows 10上不起作用

在Windows10的Xampp中启动apache和mysql服务器后，当我键入localhost/phpMyAdmin时，会出现以下错误。

我也有同样的问题，但我在config.inc.php文件中用127.0.0.1替换了localhost，修复了这个问题。

我的问题可能是因为我先安装了bitnami，然后又安装了xampp。我删除了bitnami、xampp和我的临时文件夹C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Temp。它在重新安装后运行良好。这是它为我工作的唯一方式。
