yum install ruby-devel ruby-irb ruby-rdoc ruby-ri

尽管前面的命令修复了这两个问题，但请记住，在第二个错误消息的情况下，您也可以通过添加--no-rdoc跳过文档。

2017年4月：

如gem install --help中所述，--[no-]rdoc参数已弃用。您现在必须在每个gem安装中使用--no-document，或者将其存储在您的~/.gemrc中，如本answer所述。
