看起来你安装了Ruby (在DevKit上？)在带有空格的目录中。

正如Ruby自己的安装程序中指出的那样，不推荐使用带有空格的路径(这就是为什么默认是C:\Ruby193的原因

DevKit的编译器GCC有空格的路径问题，所以也建议将DevKit安装在不带空格的路径(如C:\DevKit)中。

我建议卸载并重新安装。另外，我推荐使用http://railsinstaller.org/的Rails安装程序，根据我的经验，这是在windows机器上安装rails和ruby最省事的方法。
