默认参数创建cipher时,默认为“RSA/ECB/PKCS1Padding.”如果你不喜欢令人讨厌的惊喜,你应该显式地指定填充。因为其他安全提供程序可能具有不同的默认参数。而且您永远不会事先知道每个特定的JRE都有哪些安全设置。

因此,PKCS1填充在原始数据上增加了11个字节,将其从117字节增加到128字节。您应该考虑到,这些数字特定于1024位RSA密钥(它们是边缘安全的),并且对于较长的密钥将有所不同。由于您是从文件中加载密钥,因此请考虑检查其长度。

decrypt方法的字节数组的长度应该是256个字节,因为它是算法的默认输出大小(额外的字节导致这个长度)。将byte[] buffer = new byte[128];更改为byte[] buffer = new byte[256];
