当我尝试安装用于通过visual studio集成oracle的ODAC时，我已经在pc和visual studio 2015上安装了oracle 12c，然后我收到一个错误：
[INS-50013] Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio .NET Error. Please install Visual Studio before you proceed with this installation i forgot to mention that i had installed visual studio in one user and oracle in another user though i could access all the features of both oracle and visual studio请告诉我摆脱这个问题的方法。

现在支持VS2015。仍然不支持vs2017。任何人都可以从中获益：http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/dotnet/downloads/index.html
