swipeView = (SwipeRefreshLayout) getActivity().findViewById(R.id.swipe_refresh_layout);
layoutEmpty = getActivity().findViewById(R.id.layout_empty);

当列表视图为空时：

layoutEmpty.setVisibility(View.VISIBLE);

当列表视图不为空时：

layoutEmpty.setVisibility(View.INVISIBLE);
