我想将apache配置为监听8040端口，我在httpd.conf中添加了监听8040指令

Listen 8040
ServerName localhost:8040

并将这个端口号分配给httpd-vhosts.conf中的项目

<VirtualHost *:8040>
    ServerAdmin "webmaster@dummy-host2.example.com"
    DocumentRoot "/opt/lampp/htdocs/project"
    ServerName "localhost:8040"
    ErrorLog "logs/error.log"
   CustomLog "logs/access.log" common
</VirtualHost>

并重新启动了服务器。

但是它显示了这个错误

连接已计时out.The网站可能暂时不可用或太忙。

对端口号80执行相同的过程

Listen 80
ServerName localhost:80

它运行良好。

为什么其他端口号不能使用？

我还需要配置什么？请帮帮忙。
