Description:
    The 'rails new' command creates a new Rails application with a default

    defaults values shown above in this help message.

Example:
    rails new ~/Code/Ruby/weblog

我刚刚克隆了该存储库，并遇到了同样的问题。看起来他们没有推送他们的bin目录，这就是为什么rails命令不能像您预期的那样工作。要修复此问题，只需通过cd进入该目录并运行以下命令

rake rails:update:bin
