putty端口转发mysql窗口

我有一个问题，连接到远程mysql与putty通过ssh与端口转发。

remote: ubuntu 14.04
remote ip address: 1.1.1.1
remote port of mysql: 3306
local: windows 7

当我使用以下配置在putty中启用隧道时，这会起作用

source port: 3306
destination: 127.0.0.1:3306
user: root (all privileges enabled)

使用此配置，我可以使用workbench连接到localhost:3306

但奇怪的是，当我像这样更改配置时

source port: 3306
destination: 127.0.0.1:3307
user: root (all privileges enabled)

我无法连接到localhost:3307上的工作台。我收到一个10061错误(无法连接到‘127.0.0.1’上的MySQL )

我想更改端口，因为我需要在本地windows上运行mysql实例。

在mac 10.10中，我可以通过以下ssh命令连接到远程mysql：

ssh root@1.1.1.1 -L 3307:127.0.0.1:3306 -N or ssh root@1.1.1.1 -L 3306:127.0.0.1:3306 -N

使用mac，我可以在两个端口上连接工作台。

我尝试在putty中更换端口，但这似乎是mysql或windows的问题。

也许有一些重要的事情，让autossh代理从另一台服务器运行到这台远程服务器上进行复制。

解决方案是安装cygwin，我现在可以在我的windows机器上执行同样的命令。
