正如@EElke在评论中指出的那样，根本没有迹象表明Postgres是问题所在；你应该关注的错误是Error creating bean with name 'sessionFactory' ... object is not an instance of declaring class。

我的猜测是net.sf.hibernate.dialect.PostgreSQLDialect是问题所在--用org.hibernate.dialect.PostgreSQLDialect来代替它。

另外，删除以下内容：
