异步发送邮件时"SSL_read:证书已在哈希表中“

Question

在使用ActionMailer异步发送延迟的电子邮件时，我一直收到带有SSL_read: cert already in hash table消息的OpenSSL::SSL::SSLError。

我们使用Sidekiq异步发送我们所有的电子邮件。当在Sidekiq repo中提出这个问题时，我被告知Sidekiq对GitHub连接一无所知，也不管理SSL连接。

我们的应用程序托管在运行OpenSSL 0.9.8k 25 Mar 2009的Heroku上。

我们在其他作业中多次看到此错误，并发现有时作业会被处理，但有时不会。
