问验证PHP表单域

我已经建立了一个表单，上面有一个勾选框，以及一些文本区域来输入评论。我希望用户必须完成文本区(TutorComment)，如果他们勾选复选框(警报)

这是大量的代码，我不能确切地说是什么，但可能会有一些问题需要查看：

看起来你缺少一个'?>'在顶部，在DOCTYPE之前的行等。
表单有no action=""，所以把当前的php文件或$_SERVER'PHP_SELF'

的名称

学生姓名选项和警报输入没有结束标记
尝试在提交按钮上执行设置，不需要隐藏输入：

if(isset($_REQUEST['submit'])) {或if(isset($_POST['submit'])) {

如果它仍然不起作用，请在输出表单之前尝试将整个代码块移到顶部。

不使用空()，只需检查它是否已设置：

if(isset($_POST‘’alert‘)) $alert =$_POST’‘alert’；else $alert = "";

或者简称：$alert = isset($_POST['alert'])?$_POST['alert']:"";

而不是这个：
