Win /Ruby1.8.7上的spork无法识别gem 'win-32process‘

我修复了这个问题，使用milhouse-spork而不是spork本身这个版本，正如维基页面上所说的，是为了使windows机器能够使用spork https://github.com/Milhouse/spork/wiki。
