经过更多的使用后，我注意到它与Resharper和运行多个Visual Studio实例有关。一旦我开始有3个或更多的实例，vs2010就会变慢。我也向Resharper的人报告了这个问题。

在没有resharper的情况下，ide很快--我还没有尝试过在没有resharper的情况下运行多个实例。

因为我喜欢resharper，所以我现在只使用VS2010的一个实例，并且只在我需要的时候打开其他的，在我不需要的时候尽快关闭它们。
