没有堆栈跟踪很难，但我注意到您的url中缺少数据库名称，它应该是这样的：

con = DriverManager.getConnection(
                    "jdbc:mysql://fdb4.awardspace.com/hiscores", "1191306_hiscores", "passremoved");

Awardspace不允许远程连接到免费帐户上的mysql数据库。

您可以使用http://www.freesqldatabase.com/

但是非常有限，只有5mb。这是我找到的唯一一项提供mysql数据库远程连接的免费服务。
