我没有看到comments.php模板文件，但这是从另一个模板文件中提取的。

只需移除此部件

         <p class="nocomments">Comments are closed.</p>

我猜测它在comments.php中的第50行左右。

我建议你使用Hide Comments are Closed插件。没有此插件的设置。只需安装和文本将自动隐藏。
