Apache线程的apr_pool_destroy()安全吗？

我的应用程序是用apache构建的，在windows上运行。我使用createThread()创建了一个线程，然后对每个线程执行以下命令：

ap_run_sub_req( subrequest );   
ap_rflush( subrequest );  
ap_destroy_sub_req( subrequest );  

ap_destroy_sub_request反过来调用apr_pool_destroy()函数。

ap_run_sub_req()为池分配内存，ap_destroy_sub_req()释放分配的内存。

如果在线程内调用apr_pool_destroy()，则分配的内存不会被释放，因为我的应用程序存在内存泄漏。我在任何apache文档中都找不到任何提到apr_pool_destroy()是非线程安全函数的地方。

如何解决这个问题？如何释放线程内已分配的池？
