命令'gcc‘失败，退出状态为%1，安装ngcgh

我在安装ngch：https://github.com/seandavi/ngCGH的时候遇到了gcc失败的错误，当我使用的是windows时，easy_install也出现了同样的错误。

这很可能是因为缺少zlib-dev而导致pysam编译失败。试着在我在Ubuntu中安装ie之前安装：sudo apt-get install zlib1g-dev

对于fedora，您可以尝试：

yum install zlib-devel
