如何通过DMC（Data Migration Cockpit）导入期初库存

Initial stock conversion through Data Migration Cockpit

1. Setting posting date

Fiori App "Define Settings for Legacy Data Transfer" can be used to set up posting date for initial material inventory balance uploading.

2. Create migration project in DMC

Step1 Find app "migration cockpit"

Step2 Create migration project

Step3 Enter Project Name: CHK Initial stock upload-System Conversion

Step4 Select package

Step5 Select material inventory balance

Step6 Click review button

Step7 Choose Do Not Add

Step8 Click create project button

Step9 Click below position

Step10 Download template

Tips: XML template has one file and CSV has two files

Step11 Transfer project to client 110 through LTMOM

Step12 Use in different client

Tips: Transaction code LTMOM Migrate Object Modeler: transfer project to another client

3. Prepare template and upload inventory balance

Step1 Populate the Migration Template with Source Data

Step2 Log on to client 110 and find out project: CHK Initial stock upload-System Conversion

Step3 Upload file

Step4 Create CSV folder

CSV folder name: CSV-Folder-2025-05-27T104147594Z

Step5 Upload CSV template file

Step6 Data validation

Step7 Transfer data to staging tables

Step8 Mapping tasks

Step9 Simulate Migration

Step10 Migrate

Step11 Monitor migration status

Step12 Check material document uploaded

4. Error handling

Data uploaded will be saved in below table, data can be deleted through debug mode if you confirm the data uploaded incorrectly and can be deleted:

Delete table: /LTB/MC_TASKPROC

1. Open the Project in Fiori UI.

2. Go to "Technical information" and copy the GUID as shown below.

3. Delete the corresponding entry from the table "/LTB/MC_TASKPROC". Fill the PROJ_UUID with above value (can try deleting the values through debugging with the help of ABAP consultant)
