快速学习Jetty-eclipse安装Jetty

安装步骤：

1. 插件下载
2. 将 plugins 中的 jar 复制到 eclipse 安装目录下面的 dropins 中
3. 重启 eclipse

使用方式：

1. 打开 Run --> Run Configurations
2. 找到 JettyWebapp 右键，new 一个启动程序
3. 配置项目和 context，设置本地 Jetty 路径
4. 使用 Debug/Run 运行起来
